Obsessive compulsive disorder: persistent unwanted thoughts (obsessions) cause someone to feel the need (compulsion) to engage in a particular action

Dependent personality disorder: rely too much on the attention and help of others
Histrionic personality disorder: needs to be the center of attention, Whether acting silly or dressing provocatively
Narcissistic personality disorder: having an unwarranted sense of self importance, thinking that you are the center of the universe

I learned more about the different kinds of disorders after reading this post. All of the disorders here are described well in details. The link to the video isn't working. Please fix that.
ReplyDeleteIrrespective of receiving daily oral or future injectable depot therapies, these require health care visits for medication and monitoring of safety and response. If patients are treated early enough, before a lot of immune system damage has occurred, life expectancy is close to normal, as long as they remain on successful treatment.
